If you contact us
If you contact Property United Ltd, trading as Promacel, by email, we process the information you choose to provide, typically your name, email address, and whatever details you include about your property or requirement. We use it to respond to you, assess what you are asking for, and administer our business.
Our lawful bases for this are our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, where your enquiry relates to work you may go on to instruct, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Personal information is available to Property United Ltd, trading as Promacel, and to the service providers who host our website and email, who act on our instructions.
Enquiries are not automatically shared with subcontractors. Where work is actually arranged, we share only what a subcontractor needs in order to carry out that specific job, for example the site address and access arrangements.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or behavioural profiling.
