4. Step 4

   Written quotation issued

   You receive a written quotation before any work is arranged.

5. Step 5

   Approved work coordinated

   Once the quotation or work order has been approved, Promacel coordinates the work with a suitable independent provider selected for the requirement.

6. Step 6

   Completion information and invoicing

   You receive completion information where agreed and an invoice from Promacel.

Every enquiry is reviewed and confirmed with you before any work is scheduled.
